General Policies
In stock merchandise will usually ship within 1 to 2 days from date of order. Special order merchandise will ship within 2 to 4 weeks from date of order. We will notify shoppers when an item is out of stock or needs to be special ordered. We will ask if the shopper is willing to wait the additional time required for delivery.

Return Policies
Merchandise that is unused and in its original packaging can be returned
for a Full Refund. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same product.
